About Us
At Southern Downs Building Design (SDBD), our goal is to give back and improve local and remote communities by striving to provide expert advice and quality design at a reasonable cost. We are a locally owned building design firm based in Warwick, servicing the entirety of Southern Downs Queensland. With over 45 years combined real-time experience, we provide our clients with a full building design service customised to suit their project needs.
At SDBD we pride ourselves on providing a personalised and professional service. Developing strong relationships with our clients and community is our priority.
Clinton is the general manager of Southern Downs Building Design. With 15 years of experience in the design, engineering & construction industry as a design draftsman and project manager he has gained extensive knowledge of construction methods, codes & standards. This real time experience allows him to identify potential issues and provide practical solutions.
Clinton’s priority is to provide a personalised and professional service, engaging with all stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
